SALT LAKE CITY(AP) Nick Rimando stopped Brian Mullan's shot from inside the penalty box in the 84th minute, preserving Real Salt Lake's 0-0 tie with the Houston Dynamo on Thursday night.
Rimondo had three saes for his fifth shoutout of the season to help Salt Lake (5-6-5) finish with its third scoreless tie in its last four home games.
Pat Onstad had four saves to earn his third shoutout of the season for Houston (4-4-8).
